GLOBAL RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES

LUOSJIET offers the following voluntary services for eligible footwear orders delivered to the United States, European Union (all 27 member states), United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia:

Standard Voluntary Return: US$99.90 per eligible pair.

Includes a prepaid return shipping label to our designated return facility.

Post-Purchase Size Exchange: US$49.90 per eligible pair.

Includes both a prepaid return shipping label and international delivery of the replacement footwear.

Each eligible pair may receive a maximum of one size exchange.

Return & Exchange Request Window: Within 15 calendar days after delivery.

Return and size exchange requests require Customer Support approval before the service is processed.

IMPORTANT — LIGHT CUSTOMIZATION

Standard Ready to Ship and Ready to Order footwear is eligible for our voluntary return and size exchange services, subject to applicable conditions.

However, footwear with Light Customization is excluded from these voluntary services.

Made to Order footwear and accessories are also excluded.

This Logging boot in brown full grain leather is a beautiful and supple with mild pull-up. This boot is built on the Munson last and it has a generous toe-box and slim waist. I would say the heel is average width. I wore them straight away for 6.5 hours straight with zero issues. I love this boot, and I love this brand! Excuse my poor washed out photography, but these are beautiful boots that are built like a tank. The leather kinda reminds me of RW's Brown Boomer leather, super thick and firm full grain. Hardware is legit, rubber soles are obviously hardy just at a glance, and the heel rand/counter as well as toe stiffener are super robust. You can feel out of the box how much comfort and support the latex is providing in a way that cork might not be able to.
