International Delivery: Typically 7–15 business days after dispatch. Production and delivery times are separate. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$200 or more.

Standard Shipping Fee: US$80 for orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below US$200.

Import Duties & Taxes: Covered by LUOSJIET for supported destinations.

DELIVERY & SIGNATURE SERVICE

Standard international shipping does not include signature-required delivery.

Depending on the destination and local carrier arrangements, packages may be delivered without an in-person signature or require collection from a designated pickup location.

If you require an in-person signature, please purchase our optional Signature Required Delivery Service separately when placing your order.

This service is subject to availability and local carrier procedures. Purchasing this service does not guarantee delivery directly to your door.

GLOBAL RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES

LUOSJIET offers the following voluntary services for eligible footwear orders delivered to the United States, European Union (all 27 member states), United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia:

Standard Voluntary Return: US$99.90 per eligible pair.

Includes a prepaid return shipping label to our designated return facility.

Post-Purchase Size Exchange: US$49.90 per eligible pair.

Includes both a prepaid return shipping label and international delivery of the replacement footwear.

Each eligible pair may receive a maximum of one size exchange.

Return & Exchange Request Window: Within 15 calendar days after delivery.

Return and size exchange requests require Customer Support approval before the service is processed.

IMPORTANT — LIGHT CUSTOMIZATION

Standard Ready to Ship and Ready to Order footwear is eligible for our voluntary return and size exchange services, subject to applicable conditions.

However, footwear with Light Customization is excluded from these voluntary services.

Made to Order footwear and accessories are also excluded.

These exclusions do not affect mandatory consumer rights, including applicable statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.
