Standard Voluntary Return: US$99.90 per eligible pair.
Includes a prepaid return shipping label to our designated return facility.
Post-Purchase Size Exchange: US$49.90 per eligible pair.
Includes both a prepaid return shipping label and international delivery of the replacement footwear.
Each eligible pair may receive a maximum of one size exchange.
Return & Exchange Request Window: Within 15 calendar days after delivery.
Return and size exchange requests require Customer Support approval before the service is processed.
Standard Ready to Ship and Ready to Order footwear is eligible for our voluntary return and size exchange services, subject to applicable conditions.
However, footwear with Light Customization is excluded from these voluntary services.
Made to Order footwear and accessories are also excluded.
These exclusions do not affect mandatory consumer rights, including applicable statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.

I received my package a while ago but have been traveling a lot so was only able to open it recently. As with any online purchase there is always an inherent risk of choosing the incorrect size but boy, the fit is perfect! These are probably the most comfortable pair of new boots that I've ever purchased! Will definitely purchase more boots and perhaps shoes from Luosjiet!

Great for stomping inside the workshop, fixing things in and around the house and even going out from time to time. I felt comfortable in them after 2 days of mostly walking for about 10 miles but I'm used to wearing leather boots so YMMV.

Excellent quality both interms of the leather and workmanship. Leather is thick, has a great pull-up (Dark Brown Waxed Flesh) and is moulding nicely to my feet. The stiching is better than even some of the PNW brands. Sizing can be tricky. I am a US 10.5 E. I usually get 10 EE with brands such as Nicks and Grant Stone. Per Luosjiet's sizing sheet, I went with 44E, I could have went with 43.5E instead. Overall very satisfied with my boots. Well Done!

Very good quality of leather & stitching; however shoelace post broke off after a few days and require minor repair. Small delamination of the leather heel stack also, not sure if it will be an issue over long term. Still happy as very good value for money

Boots are well constructed. Quality of workmanship is very close to my Viberg's at less than half the price. Leather quality is great. My second pair of Lousjiet boots, but not my last.

Lovely boots, very good quality. I was a bit unsure about what size to order but customer service helped me and they fit perfectly. A bit darker than I expected though.
