How to become a member of the store? What are the benefits of membership?

How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Ordinary orders under $200.00 will be $80.00, Members' orders over $200.00 will be For free.
Do I have to pay sales tax and/or import duty?
If the amount of orders is less than 200 US dollars, the buyer needs to pay import customs duties; Orders with an order amount of more than 200 US dollars are exempt from customs duties.(customs duty is paid by our company).
Why does my order show an freight fee of $80?
Please check whether the total amount of your order has reached $200. If not, you can buy some accessories in the store, such as shoelaces, insoles, etc., so that the total amount exceeds $200 and meets the conditions for free shipping.
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
We will complete the delivery of goods in stock within 48 hours. If your order is not shipped within 48 hours, it means that it is not in stock and will be shipped within 2 weeks. MTO series products need to be shipped within 4 weeks. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Why has my express delivery not been updated since it arrived in the United States (or other countries)?
Because international express delivery involves customs verification, customs declaration and customs clearance and other business, it usually takes about 1 week to go through the relevant procedures after the express delivery arrives in your country. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, a 10% fee will be charged (this fee is a transaction fee charged by PayPal or credit card organizations and Shopify fee). There will be fees immediately after payment, we suggest you consider carefully before paying the order. Why ask us to provide Brannock Size? How To Measure My Brannock Size?
If you have the standard Brannock Size (US Size), you can easily calculate your Luosjiet Size through your Brannock Size. Generally, local American retro boot stores will have Brannock Size measurement services (such as Redwing stores, etc.); please be sure to find a professional to help you measure. Only based on accurate measurement data can you choose the accurate size; please don't use non-professional hands by yourself. Measure your own foot data, which will only cause you to choose the wrong size.
Why is the size you recommended to me not suitable?
Whether the size is suitable is a very subjective thing. The same size, some people like to wear loose feet, and they will feel that loose is appropriate; some people like tight feet, and they will feel that loose feet are too large in size, so please decide according to your actual needs. ( Our recommended size standard is set according to the loose standard.Our recommendation is for reference only, and we can't guarantee that you will wear it properly. Please be informed!)
It is recommended that you buy a pair of insoles in the accessories area of the store when placing an order in case of emergency.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If the size is not suitable, of course, an exchange can be processed, but the round-trip international express shipping cost, round-trip customs duty, and service fee incurred by the exchange exceed the value of the shoes themselves. So, the most economical solution is to sell the old ones on eBay or Reddit and buy a new pair, which requires the buyer to bear the cost. Thank you for your understanding!

How long does it take for you to process the order?
After you place an order, we will process your order information within 14 days. We will arrange the delivery of products in stock within 48 hours, and we will arrange the delivery within 2 weeks if there are no products in stock.
How will you be shipping the product to me?
We use YunExpress Full delivery,then UPS or DHL and FedEx or USPS Or the local postal systems of different countries for Last-end delivery. Delivery is usually between 7 to 15 working days after shipped. The express company cannot be designated. Please understand. All shipments include 100% insurance coverage and a tracking number.
What if I want to return a purchase?
We're happy to accept returns of our regular lineup boots and shoes purchased on the www.luosjiet.com website within 15 days of receipt. Boots or shoes need to be unworn and in mint condition, as do any accessories and packaging. We recommend trying footwear on over carpet to keep the soles and heels in mint condition. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. Please contact us at info@luosjiet.com for shipping directions before returning any product.
Returns require a deduction of $80 international courier fee. Please be informed! For example, if your order amount is $299,the final refund amount we receive after receiving your return is $299- $80=$219 And so on!( By placing an order you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.)
