The US$39.90 pre-purchase price is available only when purchased together with eligible boots in the original order. It cannot be purchased separately afterward.

One Pair. One Size Exchange.
Each protection unit covers one approved size and/or width exchange for one eligible pair of boots.
Each pair is limited to one size exchange in total. A second exchange is not available under this service.
You may change the size and/or width only.
The boot model, leather, color, sole, and all other specifications must remain unchanged.

🇺🇸 U.S.-Based Returns — New Jersey
All approved size exchange returns are handled through our authorized return facility in Edison, New Jersey, USA, operated by Return Helper.
No international return shipping to China is required.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide a prepaid U.S. domestic return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Please do not ship your boots before receiving return authorization.
30-Day Request Window
Submit your exchange request within 30 days of the actual delivery of your original boots.
The 30-day period begins on the delivery date, not the order date or shipment date.
Eligible Products & Purchase Limits
Size Exchange Protection is available exclusively for eligible In-Stock and standard Ready to Order (RTO) boots shipped to the United States.
Made to Order (MTO) boots and boots with Light Customization are not eligible for this service.
These eligibility requirements apply to both the US$39.90 pre-purchase protection and the US$59.90 post-purchase size exchange service.
For pre-purchase protection, the number of protection units cannot exceed the number of eligible boot pairs in the original order.
Return Condition Requirements
Please try on your boots indoors only, on a clean, soft surface.
Returned boots must remain unworn and meet the following conditions:
- No visible outsole wear
- No significant creasing
- No scratches or damage
- Original packaging and all included accessories must be returned
Every returned pair is subject to inspection.
If an exchange is declined because the boots fail these conditions, the original pair can be returned at the customer’s actual shipping expense, subject to applicable law.
If Your Replacement Size Is Out of Stock
If your requested replacement size or width is unavailable, we will arrange production of the replacement pair.
Your replacement boots will be shipped once production is completed.
Production and delivery times may vary. Our customer support team will provide an estimated timeline when your exchange is approved.
How to Request an Exchange
Submit your request through the LUOSJIET Returns & Exchanges Portal within 30 days after delivery.
Once your request is approved, we will provide your prepaid return shipping label and detailed shipping instructions.
Please do not ship your boots until you receive return authorization.
Earn 3,990 Nails
After successful payment for each US$39.90 protection unit, 3,990 Nails (equivalent to US$39.90 in reward value at the current rate) will be credited automatically to your loyalty account.
Important: Please wait 60 days after purchasing the protection before redeeming these Nails.
Points are credited after payment and are not technically locked for 60 days.
If you use the corresponding size exchange protection, 3,990 Nails will be deducted manually from your loyalty account.
If the protection is not used, you may keep the Nails for eligible LUOSJIET purchases, subject to loyalty program terms.
Cancelled or refunded protection purchases may require reversal of associated reward points.
Important Notice
Size Exchange Protection is an optional service available exclusively for eligible U.S. orders.
This service does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or nonconforming goods.
Service availability and terms are subject to applicable law.
